Stella Ureta-Dombrowsky and I created a space for women of all ages to connect, reflect, and grow. We walk to move our bodies, clear our minds, and have meaningful conversations about the topics that matter: nutrition, money, self-defense & sustainability.
All with one goal: helping you feel stronger, wiser and more empowered in everyday life.

Your weekly practice
Simple tasks to help you apply what you learned. Each task invites you to observe, reflect, or try something new. All in small, doable steps. No pressure, just honest curiosity and a bit of self-awareness.
Week 26 - June 25
My nutrition topic: meal prepping & batch cooking, support or stress?
During the walk we explored various ways to prepare meals (or parts of meals) in advance. This can save time and free up mental space. We talked about simple, realistic ways to make this work for you.
Now, here’s some extra practice for you to reflect on your current situation and explore how and when you can benefit from meal prepping or batch cooking.

Copy these questions into your notes in your phone or write them in a notebook. Take a quiet moment, morning or evening works well for that.
Set a timer (5–10 min), switch your phone to airplane mode, take a deep breath, and begin.
