As a top athlete, my diet was all about weight class and performance. But when that chapter ended, I had to rethink my approach to nutrition. Not just for short-term results, but for long-term health and balance. That journey took me from a vegan diet to discovering the power of whole foods and their incredible impact on energy, well-being, and vitality. I learned to choose organic, local whole foods that nourish both body and planet. And with smart shopping, your wallet too.
